Depending on your membership level members enjoy access to high-speed internet, fully furnished office spaces, printing and scanning services, a communal kitchen with snacks and coffee included, and networking events.
Full time members receive additional benefits such as 24/7 access, priority booking, and complimentary meeting room hours.

Our office hours are from 7am to 7pm. Full-time members have 24/7 access, while other members can use the space during office hours. After 7pm, there is an additional $10 per hour charge for access.

Yes, we offer private office spaces that can be booked on a daily basis through our Day Pass.

To ensure a comfortable and productive environment for all, we cap our total memberships at 50 members across all levels. This allows us to maintain a high standard of service and access to our facilities for everyone.

No. Memberships are non-transferable and for individual use only. Each person must have their own active membership.

Yes. We offer a shared file cabinet for secure storage. A $25/month storage fee applies.

A 12-month membership commitment is required for this benefit.

Month-to-month memberships do not require a contract. If you are using our mail or business address services, a 12-month contract is required.

Yes. Private offices and meeting spaces are available to book through our member portal.

No. WOPR is a shoe-free environment. We ask all members and guests to remove shoes at the door. You may bring your own indoor slippers or use a guest pair.

Yes but based on your membership. Members have access to a members lounge with a fridge, microwave, and complimentary coffee/tea/snacks and premium beverages.

Yes. All members and guests must check in at the kiosk upon arrival.

Yes. Security cameras are located in the entrance, hallway, and members lounge for your safety. There are also Sentry devices in each office and hallway.

Sentry devices are smart security sensors that monitor occupancy and usage in the office spaces. They help us ensure a safe, respectful, and efficient coworking environment. These devices do not record video or audio.

Month-to-month members can cancel with 30 days’ notice. Contracted members (such as those with mail services) are subject to early termination fees.

Guests are only allowed for scheduled appointments (e.g., client sessions) and must be registered in advance. Guests are not permitted for general coworking use.

Yes! We host regular events such as “Meet the Therapist Night,” marketing workshops, and networking mixers to support your personal and professional growth.

Only active Navigator-level members with a signed agreement are authorized to use WOPR’s business address. Unauthorized use of our address is a violation of our terms and may result in immediate legal action, including a cease and desist letter and potential reporting to relevant authorities or business licensing agencies. Misrepresentation of business location can be considered fraud and will not be tolerated.

No. Membership hours do not roll over. Any unused booking time expires at the end of each billing cycle and does not carry forward to the next month.

Can another member let me in?
» No. For security and confidentiality, only your unique code will grant you access.Can I enter the office before my scheduled time?
» No. Your code will only activate at the exact start of your reservation and will deactivate at the end of your reserved time.Do I need to enter the code more than once?
» No. Enter the code slowly, press each number firmly, and finish with #. If entered correctly, the door will unlock on the first try.What if my code doesn’t work?
» If you are within your scheduled time and cannot access the office, the fastest way to reach us is to TEXT 334-223-4832 requesting a phone call for immediate assistance.Do you have staff on-site to help me?
» No. Our space is self-service. We assist remotely via text, video call, or troubleshooting if needed.Can I stay longer than my reservation?
» Your code will deactivate at the end of your reserved time. To extend your stay, you must book additional time through our system in advance or you may text us to see if the office is available and we will happily extend your time!What should I do before leaving?
» Please check out using the kiosk, take your belongings, and leave the office as you found it for the next guest. -
At Wellness Oasis Pike Road (WOPR), we are committed to providing a professional and supportive workspace for our members and guests. To ensure fairness and consistency, we maintain the following refund policy:
1. Day Passes & Office Reservations
• Non-Refundable: All day passes and reservations are non-refundable.
• Modifications: Reservations may be modified (date, time, or office selection) up until the start of the original booking.
• No-Shows: Reservations that are not used or modified before the booking begins will be forfeited without credit or refund.
2. Memberships (Navigator, Explorer, Trailblazer)
• Non-Refundable: All membership fees are non-refundable once billed.
• Cancellations: Membership cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 30 days prior to the next billing date to avoid further charges.
• Commitment Terms: Memberships with a minimum term must be completed in full. Early termination will result in an early termination fee equal to one month’s membership dues.
3. Exceptions
Credits or adjustments may only be issued at management’s discretion in the event of:
• Verified facility or access issues preventing entry.
• Emergency closures initiated by WOPR.
4. How to Request a Modification
All modification requests must be submitted through the CoWorks app before the scheduled booking begins.
