Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Wellness Oasis Pike Road (WOPR), we value fairness, flexibility, and clarity for all of our guests and members. To ensure that our shared spaces remain accessible and equitably managed, we’ve established the following cancellation and rescheduling policy:

For Non-Members (Day Pass & Drop-In Guests)

  • All same-day bookings are final and non-refundable, including day passes and private office reservations.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund or credit, as the space has already been held for you.

  • As a one-time courtesy, we may offer a reschedule within 30 days, depending on availability and management approval.

For Members

(Monthly Plans with Hourly Access)

  • Members must cancel or reschedule reservations at least 12 hours in advance to avoid losing reserved hours.

  • Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice will result in the hours being deducted from your monthly allotment.

  • No-shows without prior communication will also be counted as used time.

  • Members may request a courtesy rebooking in the event of an emergency, subject to space availability.

For Recurring Reservations & Event Rentals

  • Recurring or multi-hour reservations (including event space rentals) must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance to receive a credit or reschedule opportunity.

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a forfeited payment or credit.

Same-Day Time Changes (Members Only)

We understand that your schedule may shift. However, we’re unable to accommodate last-minute booking changes without notice. We rely on an accurate schedule to ensure smooth transitions between members and visitors using our coworking offices.

Policy for Adjusting a Reservation Time:

  • Members may request a change to their reserved time with at least 4 hours’ notice before the original start time.

  • Requests must be submitted between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM CST.

  • Our team responds to all messages within 24 hours of receipt.

  • Requests received outside of business hours or with less than 4 hours’ notice will not be accommodated, and the original reservation will remain in place.

  • If an alternate time is available and approved, your monthly hour allotment will remain unaffected. Otherwise, missed or unused time will still be deducted.

General Notes

  • WOPR reserves the right to enforce cancellation policies to maintain fair access for all users.

  • Credits or rebookings are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
